Hey guys, this one is going to make you laugh and roll until you fell down of your seat. Yes, this comic flick has all the masala to give you unlimited fun for 160 mins.

Statutory warning: Don’t carry your brains inside cinema halls. If you want to enjoy the movie, just forget the logic and go with the mood of 4 wags ( Ajay, Arshad, Sarman and Tusshar).

Preconceived ideas :1. Ajay looks good only in matured and serious roles 2. Tusshar can’t act.

Clarifications: Great actors can do any kind of role, and so Ajay can. He looks good in this movie. Yes, Tusshar can also act, and he looks great if he doesn’t have to speak.

Arshad Warsi is becoming a jester of bollywood , and you can be assured that he will make you laugh with all his deeds. Sarman Joshi’s comic timing is getting better with each movie.

Rumy Jaffery has written hilarious dialogues , which. Aseem Bajaj’s top level cinematogrphy gives this flick a very fresh and lively look. All the jokes are original and thats the big plus of this movie. Songs goes with the story.

What to watch out for: -> Heart strealing performances by Arshad Varsi, Sarman Joshi, Ajay Devgan, Tusshar Kapoor, Vrajesh Hirji, Sushmita Mukherjee and Paresh Rawal.
-> Excellent Cinematography by Aseem Bajaj.
-> Aage peeche song, picturised on Paresh Rawal and sushmita mukherji.
-> Valentines day scene where all 4 went to wish Rimi.
-> Hostel room scene , where Manoj Joshi enters Sarman Joshi’s room and other 3 hides.
-> Excellent dialgoues by Rumy Jaffery and good chemistry among fours, which keeps your tummy rolling.

What not to watch out for:
-> Some Jerky movements and loud comedy. At times, it becomes irritating.
-> Mukesh Tiwari, Rimi Sen has not been utilized properly. Razzak khan, Sanjay Mishra has not much to do in the movie. Manoj Joshi is very loud and irritates at times.
-> Backgroud score is average . For a good comedy movie, one should have a good background score to support the good comic dialogues.

As per the trade reports, Golmaal has got a decent opening(not a fantastic one) with 13 crore gross in its first week. Trade analyst believe that if Akshay kumar had been casted in Golmaal, it could have done wonders at the box-office. Next week release Omkara looks very promising, and may eat up the business of Golmaal. Overall, Its a good time pass , and can be watched once .

Corporate : Its a corporate world

Rating : 3.5/5

Pros: Excellent story line

Cons: some half baked characters

Starcast: Sehgal group of industries (Bipasha Basu, K K menon, Rajat Kapoor, Harsh Chayya, Sammir Dattani, Minissha Lamba) Marwah International ( Raj Babbar, Sandeep Mehta ) Others - Lilletey Dubey, Payal Rohtagi, Bharat Dabholkar.
Music : Shamir Tandon Screenplay : Madhur Bhandarkar, Manoj Tyagi, Anay Monga Producer : Sahara Ones Motion Pictures
Director : Madhur Bhandarkar

After page 3, Madhur has taken a long leap with this celluloid material. He has the abilities to make you think, as you watch his movies. The only similarity in Chandni bar, satta, page 3, Aan and Corporate is, each of it has hard hitting, thought provoking story line .

If page 3 peeped into the social life of so called page 3 celebrities, this one will show the dark side of voracious corporate world . This is a story of people, who can go for any unethical means, keeping moral codes aside, just to make themself No. 1 in the corporate world. Here the only rule is to get the wealth, fame and success at any damn cost.

The story goes around two FMCG giants, Marwah International and Sehgal groups, Both starvinig to take an extra leap before its rival can. And for that, they can use anything from power, money, politics, sex, manipulating stock market or whatever it takes. Relations and emotions struggled to find place, when it comes to business.

Corporate has a gripping script with consciously framed incidences like two giants fighting to get a stake in PSU, one going for FII to take a leap over other. Pesticide issue reminds of cola-pepsi war and pesticide content issue happened around 3 years back.

As movie goes on, it grips your mind , and take you to a different world. The thrill & pace doesn’t allow you to think anything, but to stay seated just to know whats next in the movie.

Bipasha and Rajat Kapoor has delivered there best performance till date. This is not just another bollwood movie. Only refined filmaker like Madhur dares to touch such subjects. He is redefining the bollywood. I hope more such movies, in the days to come.

Highlights
-Lillete Dubey is at her best in a scene just after the business award function.
-Converstaon between Sandeep and Bipasha, when the former got fired from Marwah group.
-Conversaton between payal and the minister.
-All of boardroom conversations. -Climax ( Its very realilstic ).
-Peon and office boy provide some fun N laugh, and the good thing is, one can easliy associate with the jokes they deliver.

What to watch out for :
-> Power packed performances. Kay kay Menon and Rajat Kapoor rocks. One of the finest performances by Bips.
-> Costume Design - Bips looks great in the western formals designed by Allen solly.
-> Excellent plot and beautiful screenplay.
-> Cinematogrphy, although with the kind of script coraporate offers, there is not much scope for good cinematography.

What not to watch out :
-> This one misses typical one liners , which you can expect from Madhur’s movie.
-> Minishha Lamba and Sammir Dattani has noting to do in the movie. Probably, there role is edited.

A suggestion for Madhur Bhandarkar: Please tell other filmakers also, how to make a good movie with low budget .

Oveall, its a must watch movie.

Omkara Music Album - Truly Indian Music

Rating : 4/5

Pros: Good Lyrics - Excellent Music

Cons: None

Firstly, I would like to thank Vishal Bhardwaj and Gulzar ji for giving such a Beautiful album . Gulzar ji has written songs, true to Indian taste. The lyrics are different from trendy songs we hear now a days. I will say, " In gaano main hamari mitti kii khusbu aati
hai ". The analogies drawn in the songs is remarkable. Vishal has trully justified by giving equally good music .

This album may not be a instant hit, but it will grow gradually and capture your mind . Believe me, Its worth buying.

Beedi and Namak are catchy songs, and I am sure they are gonna big hit. Beedi is already in promos. The lyrics used in this track has used common men’s words, especially used in villages and small towns. The song is very energetic and is definitely going to rock Bihar, UP, Delhi, MP, Jharkand, uttaranchal, punjab and other nothern states.

Namak reminds of last years big hit Kajarare. This track sung by Rekha bhardwaj is more like mujra song . Rekha has proved her versatility in this song.

Laakad, Naina and O saathi re are the treat for your ears. laakad is although slow, but you can’t escape it. Beautiful lyrics woven with excellent music.

Naina : This is a sufi kinda track sung by Rahat Fateh Ali khan. O’ saathi re sounds great in Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Bhardwaj’s Voice. This track has classical approach.

Omkara - This title song is sung by sukhvinder singh. Again, it has got excellent lyrics . there are so many catchy line like - "Maathe par trishul ke jaise teen teen bal padte hai", "Chhake chhut gaye dushman ke, darti maange chutkara".

Let me ask Sukhvinde r Ji, "from where do you get so much of energy, while singing". This song will be the highlight of movie .

Jag Ja - is a melody in Suresh Wadekar’s voice. We rarely get such songs now a days.

The tragedy of Omkara - This instrumental will be the background score of the movie. It seems to be inspired from Govinda of Sarkar. It goes with the mood of the film.

Vishal has done a daring job of taking such untrendy songs in a commercial cinema. Kudos to you man. Overall, Vishal-Gulzar magic worked again.

Krrish : Birth of Indian SuperHero

Rating : 3/5

Cast : Hritik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Rekha, Naseerudin Shah

Music Director : Rajesh Roshan

Director : Rakesh Roshan

Pros: Special effects, Cinematography, locales & acting
Cons: No script, slow story narration

The most awaited movie of the year. Success of prequel Koi mil gaya adds on the expectations. The big question is.........Is it upto the expectation.?

Read the review to find the answer.. As expected from a Rakesh
Roshan’s movie, its well directed movie with good locales and nail biting special effects in action sequences. Back ground score is good. If music is not the best one from Rajesh Roshan, it not a bad too. Everyone has acted well.

First half has some light moments, while second half has got mix of drama, action and some thrill.

If everything is so good, why it isn’t the best one from Filmkraft? Before answering this, let me ask Mr. Roshan, where is the script.? The only problem with the movie is, it doesn’t have a story, and thats why movie lingers a lot.

By the end of first half, you feel like nothing has happened in the movie. Its just the presentation skills of Rakesh Ji, which keeps the audience in the theatre. A better screenplay could have justified the work of other technicians. This product of Father-son duo seriously misses the thrill and suspense, which one could expect from any Filmkraft Film.

The only survival of the movie is ite heart stealing special effects. Prasad labs has done a commendable job, by giving around 1400 special effects , which are in no way less than those in hollywood movies.

Best Dialague : Jab bhi main tumhe aankhen band karne ke liye kehta hoon, tum apni aankhen aur badi kyun kar leti ho.

Suggestion for Rakesh Ji: If you are going for 2nd sequel, please take a good script. As you said, that next sequel will be of bigger budget, I doubt with slow movie like krrish, you will be able to make money.

Fanaa : slow and sluggish

Rating : 3/5

Cast : Amir Khan, Kajol, Rishi Kapoor.

Director : Kunal Kohli

This movie came with lot of Hype with the big names behind it. Yashraj films itself creates lot of expectation. Adding to it, we have Kunal (Hum Tum) Kohli.............. Aamir & Kajol first time together on silver screen...............Jatin-lalit duo music for last time ...........and
than Aamir in controversies. This is one of the biggest release people were awaiting for long. But it comes as a disappointment.

I will not be disclosing the story(I think everyone already new it). But will definitely try to dug out the positive and negative things.

What not to watch out for?
The problem starts right from the beginning, as story starts lingering and doesn’t move at all. The music is average, except two songs, which are already hit. Yashraj films was never good in action (except Dhoom), which they have proved this time again. The action scenes are pathetic, and average cinematography even worsens it. Songs(specially Des Rangeela and cheeti chate chini) could have been choreographed better.

What to watch out for?
Rehan(Aamir) and zooni(Kajol). They are so perfect and natural, that you remember the characters and not the actors. Rishi kapoor & Kiron kher are best as always. Good story (although its very slow, and requires around 30 mins of editinig). Lots of shayari, although most of them are old and we have heard it lot many times, but Aamir has delivered them as fresh as it could be. Shiny Ahuja, Jaspal Bhatti and Satish Kaushik don’t have much to do. Tabu’s role could have been better. Message for Kunal kohli. Kunal, with the kind of craze people have for Fanaa, this could be a hit. But this is not your victory. If you would have worked a bit more on script, and technical stuff, it could be one of the biggest hits ever. For the review readers If you are a die hard fan of Aamir/Kajol, and you can bear plain & monotonous story narration, without much entertainment, this movie is for you.

Review : Shikar

Rating of this Product: 2.5/5

Cast : Ajay Devgan, Shahid Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Amrita rao, Javed Sheikh, Sushant Singh, Farha.
Director : John M. Mathan.

The movie was highly awaited as its a 2nd movie by director John (Sarfarosh) M. Mathan. It wins as far as we see the story line,
direction acting and camera work.It reminds us movies like Swadesh and Naya daur. Yes it has a social message. The big problem is, today there is no one ready to take gyaan from movies, otherwise Swadesh would have been a big hit. The movie start well, showing the materealistic world, with Ajay Devgan as businessman, ready to go for anything to fill his pockets. Then came javed as Baba looking for planting lakhs of trees, to save environment. And here the clashes starts between the good and the bad. The first half is fantastic with some light comic moments and great performances.Javed Shiekh as Baba has done an excellent job. Ajay devgan is good as always. Bipasha and Shahid are good. Amrita doesn’t have much to do, but shown good performance. There is not much scope for Sushant singh and Farha. The movie starts dragging in second half as the end is very much predictable, and there is not much to tell. It needs trimming by atleast 15 minutes.John has taken excellent story, but could have made a better film. Overall, It can be watched once.

Pros: Story, cast, direction, photography
Cons: jerky screenplay in 2nd half
Best to watch with: Friends
